Noosaville Industrial Unit Sold

An industrial unit in a complex at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.

The 235 sqm vacant unit at 10/11 Bartlett Street, was sold for $395,000 to a local owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s David Brinkley and Tracey Ryan on behalf of a local owner.

Tracey Ryan said the purchaser was a local start up business which had been operating from home.

“They had experienced significant growth and had been looking for several months for industrial space,” she said.

“Their requirements included the need for a good functional office area for staff plus an easily accessed warehouse for packaging and distribution of products.

“Unit 10 offered ducted air conditioning, mezzanine office and reception area, open shelf storage, a quality kitchenette and amenities block plus a substantial high clearance warehouse area.”

David Brinkley said the property is part of a nine-unit mixed use development with a large car park area well positioned in the Noosaville industrial estate.

“The sellers had the property leased for several years but were looking to divest for investment in other commercial sectors,” he said.

“Demand for sub 200 sqm industrial units remains extremely strong as supply of smaller units compresses in the industrial precincts of Coolum, Noosaville and Kunda Park.”
