High Profile Noosaville Industrial Units for Sale

Twelve industrial units in a prestigious and high exposure site at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast are being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North on behalf of leading local developers Vynara Pty Ltd.

The premium development at 1 Selkirk Drive, Noosaville, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North Directors Paul Butler and Paul Forrest.

“Only 12 people will have the opportunity to own these prestigious and high exposure industrial units,” Paul Butler said.

“There is simply nothing in Noosa that compares with the position in this small shed size range with units from 100 to 175 sqm with mezzanine levels of approximately 20 sqm per unit.

“This will be the pinnacle of industrial developments undertaken in Noosa. The bar has not simply been lifted; it has been shot into orbit. If you’re looking for a strong profile for your business or storage requirements we recommend you consider these units as a priority.”

Vynara, who built Taits Corner, The Colonial Resort Noosa and other quality developments in and around Noosa, have started construction of the project in the Noosa Auto Park.

“Traditionally the Auto Park has only had larger scale users while owner occupiers, smaller investors and storage users have been relegated to the inferior back streets like Gateway Drive,” said Damian Miller, Director of Vynara.

Co-Director Aaron Miller said: “This project was conceived out of a need we knew existed for better than average quality premises for the small business user in Noosa.“

Paul Forrest said vehicle traffic passing the site exceeded approximately 9,600 vehicles per day.

“In the back street you would be flat out getting 10 per cent of that. Your business would have to spend a lot of money on advertising to match that type of exposure.”

Paul Forrest said the Noosa region is also starting to show a distinct shortage of land for any type of construction and prices are increasing to reflect that.

“Units at 1 Selkirk Avenue are expected to be priced from $3,000 per sqm,” he said.

“We are expecting completion of the project by Christmas 2017.”
