Bow & Arrow on Target in Hastings St

Boutique fashion store Bow & Arrow has upgraded its retail accommodation in the famous Hastings Street tourist strip at Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast and moved into the premium Tingirana resort complex.

Bow & Arrow has snapped up Lot 3 Tingirana Noosa at 25 Hastings St, Noosa Heads, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North Directors Paul Butler and Paul Forrest on behalf of a local investor.

Paul Forrest said Bow & Arrow owners Sam Johnson and Tegan Lamb were relocating their Hastings St business from Bay Village to a premium shop in the Tingirana development.

“This 57 sqm tenancy was previously occupied by children’s clothing retailer Juniors who have moved to Seahaven Resort Noosa in Hastings St,” he said.

“The Bow & Arrow move continues the run of local tenants improving their positions in Hastings St as premium locations become available.”

Paul Butler said the low Australian dollar, record low interest rates and strong visitor numbers are all factors contributing to increased confidence in Noosa Heads.

“Hastings St has certainly enjoyed resurgence over the past year with a number of new successful businesses commencing and the major refurbishment of the Seahaven Resort Noosa and the upgrade of The Sheraton,” he said.

Bow & Arrow, which also has an outlet at Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, has taken out a 3 + 5 year lease at a gross rental of $135,000 per annum.
